Healthy Homemade Chocolate

1/2 C + 1 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 C Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 C Pure Maple Syrup
4-6 drop Wild Orange or Peppermint Essential Oil (optional)
Coarse Ground Sea Salt (optional)

Whisk together melted oil and syrup.  Add the cocoa powder and whisk until combined.  Add essential oils.  Spoon the chocolate mixture into flexible candy molds.  Optional to sprinkle with sea salt.  Refrigerate until hardened and remove from molds.  Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
